ReplyDeletePerformance review
Kayla Fils-Aime did a job well done for her first semester at kean university. Of course there were some bumps in the road but she handled them like a champ by reaching out to her family, friends, professors, advisors and/or counselors. Weather or not kayla needed to attend tutoring or clarification on a certain lesson she seeked time for it anyway. There is no better time than the present. Kayla kept her schedule tight and made sure she was always ahead of the game then behind. But still had a good balance for leisure activities, downtime and academics. Kayla knew if and when she felt overwhelmed to take a break walk outside, grab a coffee or even meet with a friend, she occupied herself with something other than stressing over her assignment(s). Kayla was always one who would always advocate for herself. She also asked questions whenever she was in doubt. Kayla didn’t let any challenge have control over her. She rather work through them through the help of those who are experienced. She diligently worked hard at anything put encounters. She kept a very strong work ethic through the course of her semesters at kean university. Kayla naturally had a good relationship with most of professors, she explained to them her needs and her weakness in the classroom. She Conversed on ways to overcome and work at being accommodated and succeed her first year,

By the end of Freshman Year for the year 2018, Taylor Battle has done extremely well both in and out of the classroom. Throughout the entire school year, Taylor has shown great potential in not only her academics, but to adjusting to life at Kean University when it comes to sociability between classmates and in her organizations. In the classroom environment, Taylor has used great time management techniques in order to stay ahead in her classes. In order to accomplish this, she has organized and scheduled time to study in the library, receive tutoring, and create a study group with good friends. Due to this technique, she was also able to gain a high GPA for her first year at university as well as handing in work on time. Taylor has demonstrated her strengths in her classes by asking for help when a topic was not comprehendible to her. Although Taylor has shown high excellence in her academics she has also shown her strengths outside of the classroom and outside of Kean University. During this first year, Taylor has managed to become comfortable with the campus by exploring the grounds on her free time. In addition, she has also gain peace in her college by becoming involved in activities and organizations that peaked her interest. Furthermore, her ability to gain involvement in her community eventually lead to strong bonds with classmates and fellow students. With the many interactions that she has had among friends, Taylor was able to find peace in her mind, knowing that the community and her friends supported her. In conclusion, Taylor has shown great excellence by prioritizing her own health, friends, and educational issues, in that order.

Carlos has excelled in class through out the year. He has given his all in every project that has come his way. He works wonderfully with class mates, listens and understands ideas as well as express his own. He is a wonderful team player that will consider other ideas in order to improve on his own. A constant need to improve his art skills, and his ability to create. He is a constant challenger of his own mind and capabilities. He has worked hard, and handed in every assignment on time and with little to no mistakes or flaws. He has been the first in class, and the last to leave. He is simply a joy to have in class and from what I’ve heard a great friend and class mate as well. He is always ready to lend a helping hand, and encourage his classmates to succeed, as well as grow and improve with him.
I have to prioritize the following in order to achieve these goals
1. Always put my work first, get homework done
2. Constantly push the boundaries and try to reinvent myself as an artist and designer
3. Constantly help and encourage my class mates
4. Show up to every class and pay attention, and take as many notes as possible
5. Stay on task and prioritize correctly without jeopardizing my social life
6. Have fun and enjoy college because it goes by fast
